Quanex IG Systems

Quanex makes parts that go into windows, doors and cabinets. Its insulating glass spacers sit between the panes of a window and keep the edge of the glass warmer. This helps cut heat loss and indoor condensation and helps seals last longer. Quanex's main spacer line, Super Spacer®, is flexible foam with no metal. It expands and contracts with temperature changes, so it is less likely to crack or fail. Window and door manufacturers use these spacers in homes and light commercial buildings, and Quanex also offers versions for automated factory lines and triple-pane glass. What sets Quanex apart is its long track record, its wide range of spacer types, and the equipment and technical support it provides to manufacturers.
