How to use the window company directory
GlassBase is an independent platform that lists window installers, dealers and manufacturers across the United States. It does not sell or install windows. Each company profile includes an about section, stats, certifications and contact details, and quote requests go directly to the company through its profile.
Filter by city, brand or project type
Start with the filter that matches your situation. City pages such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Houston show companies serving that area. Project-type filters separate replacement window companies from new construction suppliers. The brands section covers the profile systems, glass and hardware behind the windows themselves.
Before you ask for quotes, run the window energy efficiency calculator. It estimates whole-window U-factor, SHGC and heating and cooling savings for your ZIP code using NREL TMY3 climate data, and produces a PDF report you can share with the companies you contact. Comparing profiles and performance numbers side by side makes the quote conversation shorter and more specific.
