From a security standpoint the weakest points of a home are its window and door openings.
Intruders need only a few minutes to break a door or window.

Burglar-resistant hardware is one of the main elements of a secure home, preventing unlawful entry through windows and balcony doors.

Thanks to burglar-resistant cams placed at many points around the perimeter of the unit and steel components, Vorne hardware fully protects against opening the window by lifting the sash or spreading the frame.
The cams are easily adjusted, which allows the correct pressure on the gasket to be set. Thus, along with maximum security, thermal and sound insulation are ensured.

Burglar-resistant system:
• Corner drives and extensions can be used for locking around the whole perimeter of the unit;
• Can be fitted with mushroom cams for full security;
• Can be fitted with reinforced hinges for sashes up to 130 kg.

Stepped ventilation lets you air the room with different gaps between sash and frame. There is no need to leave the window open, so security is preserved.

The sash lifter ensures correct opening of the sash, preventing opening in two positions at once. An additional function of the sash lifter is protection against sash sag.
The hinges have a sash braking mechanism, which prevents the sash from slamming shut. Thanks to the locking function in the stay, the window will not slam in a gust of wind either.

Child safety is provided by the Tilt-First system.
On the first turn of the handle from the closed position the sash goes into tilt mode, and with the handle at 180 degrees (up) the sash opens in turn mode.

• All VORNE hardware has a white electroplated finish,
which provides not only reliable corrosion protection but also an attractive appearance.

• Reinforced hinges are rated for heavy sashes up to 130 kg.
• The bottom hinge is universal and adjusts in three planes (±3; ±2; ±1 mm).
This is achieved with screws that make it easy to correct the sash position vertically and horizontally and to distribute the compression force.

• The sash lifter with mishandling device is made entirely of metal, which guarantees reliable, long-lasting operation.
• In the tilt position the mechanism distributes the load between the hinge group and ensures easy operation over a long service life.
