To raise the burglar-resistance class, replace the standard strikers with burglar-resistant i.S. strikers up to the required resistance class.

Window handles, being the visible and "hands-on" element of glazed structures, carry an important aesthetic and functional load. TENTAZIONE
This handle is a true temptation for true aesthetes. TENTAZIONE integrates perfectly into the surface of the window profile. The slightly raised edges of the handle sit perfectly on the milled surface. Handle and sash merge into one. The locking and opening mechanisms remain unchanged, as does the functionality for burglar resistance and ventilation. A gentle press on the grip brings the handle out of its concealed position, and it returns the same way. TENTAZIONE handles come in the following colors: chrome (matte and polished), gold, stainless steel (matte) and white RAL 9016.

TRESOR
The TRESOR window handle provides security to the ENV 1627–30 standard. It resists being torn off the sash and resists forcing of the locking mechanisms at 100 Nm. The TRESOR handle is available with a locking button (TRESOR-S) or with a key (TRESOR-Z), in six basic colors: bronze, champagne, brown RAL 8019, white RAL 9016, silver and bronze.

Stuffy indoor air, condensation or mold — ordinary airing is usually not enough. There is a solution: the concealed "MACO Vent" ventilation valve. It provides minimum ventilation when nobody is home and at the same time prevents dampness. The components are hidden in the window rebate and respond automatically to wind, but the system can also be closed manually. "MACO Vent" also regulates the incoming outside air, preventing excessive cooling and drafts. So "MACO Vent" is an investment in comfort and well-being — and in protecting your home.

That is exactly what MACO RUSTICO hardware is: designed for mounting on wooden, PVC or aluminum shutters while giving the whole structure wide functionality. A high-quality protective coating and a broad set of technical solutions add even more advantages to RUSTICO hardware. Window shutters are both an element that adorns the exterior of a building and an important functional component. The program is complemented by specially developed extended hinges for various PVC shutters, fully concealed adjustable hinges for aluminum shutters, locks for narrow profiles, and hardware for the folding wooden shutters (Padovana) that are so popular, above all, in Italy.

A small part with great importance
Can a window with triple glazing, a reinforced profile and numerous locking points really let in drafts? Yes, it happens when there is a problem with the gasket. Incredibly, this seemingly minor part is the technological link joining different materials with complex geometry, and it is the barrier against drafts — the most important element for energy saving, sound insulation and comfort.

Windows

Interior doors
Gaskets on three sides of an interior door substantially reduce the impact noise when it closes and help create acoustic comfort.

Lift-and-slide hardware
For the light, smooth movement of large lift-and-slide (HS) units, high-quality gaskets with special sliding properties and geometry are needed. Exactly like MACO's, which, thanks to seamless corners and the ability to recover their shape, guarantee no drafts or rainwater ingress, as well as sound insulation.

Entry doors
Alongside conventional gaskets, MACO supplies seals that close the gap between the door and the floor as tightly as possible with a special drop-down system — the ideal solution for sealing apartment and hotel room doors.

What would a door be without a lock, a hinge and a handle? Just a pretty but useless exhibit. The perfect door is a harmonious combination of a reliable lock, optimally fitted hinges and a good handle. And when the seals and thresholds are perfectly matched too, an unmatched synergy arises. So you get all the door components you need from one manufacturer, one that takes everyone's individual needs into account.
Locking elements such as i.S. burglar-resistant cams, steel bolts, hook bolts or hook-and-bolt combinations, fitted to the locks of entry, interior and emergency exit doors, make breaking into the premises substantially harder. Optimal sound and thermal insulation adds to the value of the locks' specific properties. Various security components, for example the hook-and-bolt combination, can be used up to burglar resistance class RC3.

With the MACO PROTECT Modul Z-TS / G-TS locks you can meet a wide range of customer requirements in the best way, since these systems combine a standardized installation process with the full versatility of multi-point locking. The PROTECT Modul Z-TS / G-TS locks offer an excellent technical solution for doors of any height without heavy stock-keeping or lengthy installation. They can be fitted to PVC, timber and aluminum doors. The basic standard of the PROTECT Modul Z-TS / G-TS door locks is three-point locking with a hook-and-bolt combination.

A-TS self-locking door lock
A-TS combines perfect locking technology with a variety of unlocking options. As soon as the door closes, three latch bolts provide optimal compression and the door locks automatically at three points: two hooks and a deadbolt. A key is needed only to lock from the inside, so that children or pets cannot get out. The separation of compression and locking is clever: first the 3-latch technology provides high compression along the full height of the door, then it locks. This prevents door sag, drafts, dampness and heat loss and protects the locking mechanism, which therefore works even more precisely, reliably and quietly.

A-TS is the entry ticket to convenient access. With or without a motor — maximum freedom of choice while meeting the highest security standards. There are no limits to height variations, versions and opening types.

MACO PROTECT Z-TF comes with two additional multifunction latch bolts that maintain constant compression along the full height of the door. Once the door is closed, the leaf is automatically secured at three points. The Z-TF range offers locks with bolts or with burglar-resistant i.S. cams. Z-TF locks have been tested for burglar resistance to RC2 and RC2N. The Z-TF lock can be used in an electronic opening system and is also suitable for multi-family buildings with several separate dwellings.

The G-TA lock can work in three versions: as an automatic door lock, a handle-operated lock or a balcony door lock. The choice is up to the customer.

The MACO PROTECT C-TS lock, with combined locking by handle or key, makes it possible to produce a wide line of easy-to-use doors from a limited number of lock part numbers. This highly reliable locking system combines two functions — handle locking and key locking: handle and combined operation in one lock case.

The single-point cylinder-operated lock can be fitted to any door, including aluminum doors. A solid, sturdy construction and a deadbolt with a 20 mm throw, also at a 25 mm backset, are the hallmarks of the MACO Z-RS single-point lock. The lock has been tested to DIN 18251-2.

With MACO you get a complete range of high-quality hardware from one supplier. It includes the main gears, running bogies, sealing rails and thresholds. The load capacity of the hardware is up to 400 kg for PVC, timber and timber-aluminum. A revolutionary solution is the locking hooks and strikers that do not protrude beyond the edge of the frame. These innovations are linked to the development of frameless glazing technology using a very narrow timber profile, intended for large doors up to 3,600 mm high with sash weights up to 300 kg.

MACO tilt-and-slide hardware is designed for the convenient and safe fitting of tall, large-area PVC, timber and timber-aluminum units with sash weights up to 200 kg. The range includes three different systems that share one HARDWARE base — a perimeter gear — which can also be offered in the special corrosion-resistant TRICOAT-Plus finish. All these hardware systems are simple to install and have easy height adjustment on the moving bogies.

Parallel-slide hardware with offset for PVC, timber and timber-aluminum units is based on the proven hardware solution of the tilt-and-slide range. For perimeter ventilation in the parallel-offset position the sash moves 5 mm away from the frame around its whole perimeter, and this offset is barely visible from outside. In its basic configuration this hardware is fitted with burglar-resistant i.S. cams, which can achieve resistance class RC2. For heavy sliding sashes up to 200 kg, the parallel-slide hardware has a closer built into the bogies and a damper in the stay, which makes operating the sash substantially easier.
