PriWatt™ Reverse Switchable Privacy Glass Installed at The Jim Moran Foundation Headquarters
PriWatt™ Reverse switchable privacy glass has been installed at the new headquarters of The Jim Moran Foundation in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The project uses switchable glass to support an office environment that combines open views and natural light with privacy on demand.

The project demonstrates how reverse switchable glass can serve executive offices, conference rooms, boardrooms, and other commercial spaces where occupants need both transparency and privacy throughout the workday.

Unlike conventional switchable privacy glass, PriWatt™ Reverse remains clear in its natural, unpowered state. When users need privacy, they activate the system and the glass changes to a uniform frosted appearance. This clear-by-default operation means the glass does not require continuous power to maintain transparency during normal use.

For offices that remain open and transparent for much of the day, this approach can reduce continuous electricity use while keeping spaces visually connected. When a meeting or conversation requires privacy, users can switch the glass without relying on blinds or curtains.

The system also helps architects and interior designers maintain a clean appearance. Removing conventional window coverings reduces visual clutter, supports daylight flow, and allows the glazing to integrate more naturally with modern commercial interiors.

PriWatt™ Reverse is available for commercial projects in clear, bronze, and grey configurations. Smart Glass Technologies works with architects, contractors, designers, and building owners in the U.S. to evaluate project requirements and specify switchable privacy glass solutions.
