VEKA North America Showcases Aperture Vinyl Window System with Ultra-Slim Sightlines at GlassBuild 2026
VEKA North America presented its Aperture PVC window system at GlassBuild America 2026, according to the company. The system features ultra-slim profiles designed to increase glass area and reduce visible framing, reflecting growing interest in minimalist window designs in the U.S. residential market.
The Aperture system focuses on maximizing views through narrow vinyl frames and clean geometric lines. VEKA describes its design approach as "Zero Sightline," a concept intended to minimize the visual interruption between indoor and outdoor spaces.
By reducing the amount of visible PVC framing, the system aims to create larger uninterrupted glass areas within window openings. This approach targets residential applications where homeowners and architects prioritize daylight, outdoor views and contemporary aesthetics.
The company also positions Aperture as a combination of minimalist design and conventional vinyl window technology. According to VEKA, the system aims to retain the thermal performance and durability associated with PVC profiles while accommodating modern architectural preferences.
Also at GlassBuild America 2026: REHAU Window Solutions presented its NUVERA hung and slider platform, which uses glass-fiber-reinforced components to support slimmer profiles and larger glazing areas.
