The New Milgrad C700 Fiberglass Series is Available Through Dealer Network
Milgard Windows & Doors announces that the C700 Fiberglass Series is now available through its authorized dealer network across the United States. The new line brings together durable fiberglass construction, expanded color options, and strong energy performance—meeting the demands of both residential new construction and commercial replacement projects.
The C700 Series covers a complete range of fiberglass windows and patio doors—including both swinging and sliding configurations—so builders, remodelers, and contractors can spec an entire project with products from a single series. That consistency matters in multi-unit residential builds and commercial retrofits where matching profiles and finishes are a practical requirement.
The series ships with SmartTouch® locks standard on all units. The hardware operates without tools and meets locking requirements common in residential building codes.
Fiberglass is among the strongest frame materials available in the fenestration market. It resists warping, swelling, and corrosion through repeated exposure to heat, cold, and moisture. For projects in coastal climates, high-humidity regions, or areas with wide seasonal temperature swings, that material stability translates directly into lower callback rates and longer product service life.
The C700’s fiberglass frame also expands and contracts at roughly the same rate as glass, which helps maintain seal integrity over time and supports consistent thermal performance across climate zones.
The C700 Series offers expanded color options, giving architects, designers, and homeowners more flexibility to match window finishes to exterior materials and interior aesthetics. Clean sightlines and expansive glass areas support contemporary residential designs while remaining appropriate for traditional architectural styles.
