Four members of the Marvin founding family — Paul, Dan, Christine and Will Marvin — have received the 2026 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Heartland Award. The honor recognizes their leadership of Marvin, the Warroad, Minnesota-based window and door manufacturer and one of the longest-running family-owned companies in the U.S. fenestration industry.

George G. Marvin founded the company 114 years ago with a straightforward goal: serve the community, take care of employees, and deliver for customers. Today, the fourth generation of the Marvin family carries that mission forward while growing the business and pushing product innovation in both residential and commercial markets.

The Heartland Region EY award reflects sustained performance under real business pressure. Like others in the building products supply chain, Marvin has managed through material cost swings, evolving tariff conditions, and shifting demand between new construction and the retrofit and replacement market. The company has continued to invest in manufacturing capacity and product development through those cycles.
