Deceuninck North America Brings New PVC Window and Door Innovations to GlassBuild America
Deceuninck North America will exhibit at GlassBuild America, the National Glass Association's annual trade show for the glass, window, and door industry. The company will showcase its latest PVC window and door systems at Booth #1531.

Fabricators can see two new product lines at the booth. Innergy® Architectural Products is a set of fiber-reinforced polymer components built for curtain wall systems, windows, doors, and storefront systems. Eclipse is a new black solid color PVC extrusion designed for the growing demand for dark-colored window and door profiles.

Innergy AP components replace aluminum parts in existing commercial, multifamily, and residential fenestration systems. Fabricators can use pressure plates, structural thermal struts, and reinforcements without redesigning their curtain wall or storefront systems. The components match the strength of aluminum but deliver 700 times better thermal performance. They also hold 100% flexural memory, show zero creep under structural loads, and carry a 7,500-Kpsi bending modulus.

Eclipse solves a common fabrication problem with dark-colored PVC. Standard black profiles often need touch-up work at fusion-welded corners. Eclipse eliminates that step, which saves fabricators time on every frame and sash. The material uses Deceuninck's SunShield technology to reduce fading and includes pigment technology that limits heat absorption. Vented profiles help regulate temperature and improve energy efficiency.

Both product lines target a real challenge fabricators face today: meeting rising performance and design expectations without adding complexity to production. Innergy AP lets manufacturers upgrade thermal performance without a full system redesign. Eclipse gives fabricators a faster path to dark-colored products that meet current market demand.

Deceuninck North America works across design, compounding, tooling, lamination, fiberglass pultrusion, and PVC extrusion. The company's GlassBuild America lineup also includes eos® windows and doors with a new ADA-compliant sill.

Visitors to Booth #1531 can see live demonstrations of these products and talk with the Deceuninck team about specific project needs. GlassBuild America takes place in the coming weeks, and the company encourages fabricators and builders to stop by for a closer look at how these systems can fit into their current manufacturing processes.
